In keeping with tradition, LUMA offers members and
friends the opportunity to honor their heritage, family or
friends by sponsoring a Nativity scene in this holiday
exhibition.
The core of LUMA’s funding for this
exhibition comes from generous benefactors like you!
When you sponsor a crèche for $150 or more, your name
and message will be featured on the crèche wall label.
Your support will also be recognized in the museum’s next
LUMANARY magazine.
Sponsor the Crèche of the Year
LUMA’s 2017 Crèche of the Year features the whimsical
woodcarving of award-winning Polish folk artist Boleslaw
Parasion. In this celebratory scene, a trio of graceful
angels serenade the Holy Family with a mandolin, a string
bass, and a trumpet. Parasion is well known for his vividly
colorful depictions of holy stories and carves his scenes in
linden wood, which is commonly used for altarpieces and
icon painting. This unique sponsorship is available
at $1,000.
